CANCELLATIONS :
$50 admin fee charged for all cancellations.
Deposit cheerfully refunded if apartment can be relet, otherwise:-
LOW SEASON:
- No cancellation fee if cancelled 8 days or more prior to travel
- Two night cancellation fee if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel
HIGH SEASON:
- No cancellation fee if cancelled more than 28 days prior to travel.
- Two nights cancellation fee if cancelled between 27 and 8 days prior to travel.
- No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel.
No Shows - full tariff is charged. Guests who reduce length of stay once in house will not receive a refund on nights booked and paid.
Travel insurance is recommended.
